Is leaving flowers and a present a cute birthday gift for my girlfriend?

My girlfriend loves hello kitty(lol shes 17 but she does..dont ask lol). Her birthday is today and I wanted to leave flowers, a card, and a hello kitty stuffed animal at her doorstep at like 11:55 PM tonight so she thinks i forgot to get her something but i really didnt. Do you think this is cute?
