Should I send flowers for my sisters birthday?

She is 15 years old. My mom and dad are already covering all the gift cards. Do you think giving flowers is a good idea?

2. I think that's sweet. The most my brother got me for my birthday was a pencil ;) But at that age she might think it's a little dumb, but it's really the thought that counts.
