should I give her flowers for her birthday?

I am planning to give my step-sister a bouquet of yellow roses for her birthday in 2 days and I don't want to give a crappy gift that she won't even like so anyone think it's still a good idea to give her flowers btw she is turning 24, AND I haven't been here for like 2months and I don't feel too close to her so it is too personal

1. ThAT WOULD BE A VERY BEAUTIFUL IDEA... flowers always works... just make sure that you'll give it in a romantic way!!! or like surprise her... give her a card also.. but write something special in it!!!
