Is it too soon to send my girlfriend flowers at work for her birthday?

My girlfriends birthday falls on a Monday, I will be taking her out Sunday for dinner and a suprise.. we have only been going out for a week but dating for a month or so.. i am going to give her flowers on our date but would it be doing too much to have some sent to her job the next day for her actual birthday? I am 21 she is turning 19.

1. Not at all, I think that's an adorable idea and it shows you care about her. After about a month of dating, my boyfriend (now of 1.5 years) bought me roses (my favourite flower) and brought them to my work. I thought it was such a sweet gesture.
