Is it to soon to give a crush flowers for her birthday?

There is this girl who I have been crushing for 2 years. We get along well, but she goes to a different school than me and we barely meet. When we do meet, we are pretty close(sitting close to each other, hugs) It's her birthday next week, and I want to know if it is too soon to give her a flower/s.

5. After two years?? What are you waiting for? Flowers are not an engagement ring, they're only some flowers! It depends on what you want to "say" to her, and where your relationship is. Are your hugs just friendly hugs, or do you know she has feelings for you too? Red roses are very romantic. But a regular bunch of flowers is nice for anyone anytime and on her birthday they will always be welcome.
6. if you send her flowers make them like yellow daisies and a teddy bear or something, that way if she likes you back she'll feel all special and hopeful, and if not she'll think its a nice, friendly birthday present.
7. It's never too soon to give your crush flowers. I'm sure she'll be happy anytime you give her any kind of flowers. Hope everything goes well =)
